When I save a web page as text on my computer, when I try to open it
there is mess every where!
Is there a way to clean it up?
Answer: Open your
document in Word and click the AutoFormat button. Or Click Format: AutoFormat
When you have IE 4.0 open and you are surfing the Internet try this:
Type: (a question mark, space and a word or two that describes what you are looking for.)
? baseball
Something like the above if you where looking for information on baseball.
When in IE 4.0 and visiting your favorite site; notice in the address box you have a
small icon on the left end. This little icon that looks a little like a piece of paper
with a blue E in the middle. Using your mouse, press and hold on this icon and drag it
over to your links bar. As you move it across you will see a little black bar pop up. When
you see this happen let go of the mouse button. Now you have a new link pointing to this
new web site that you like.
Speaking of your link bar, if you don't use those link that Microsoft put you there for
you; right click the one you don't use and delete it.
