This is taking your paper printout and create an electronic file for you using OCR software. An OCR conversion means that you can edit the document with your word processor. It is no longer a scanned picture of the page, it is a document that can be edited with your word processing software.  

Placing the file into the format of your choose:
Microsoft Word, WordPro, or WordPerfect 
(other formats are available) 

How it works:
You would ship to us a paper copy (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc), we convert it and e-mail the electronic file back to you. This give you a fast turn around time. If you would prefer an electronic copy placed on a Floppy, Zip or CD, this will be done per request.

A standard job will include; scanning into the computer, spell checking for general misspelling and saving in a format of your choose. Additional formatting of the manual/document can be accomplish per order.

Generally for 100 single sided sheets of paper (manual/document)
- of good print quality -, your price is  $75.00.
Call for reduced pricing per sheet, if your job is over 100 pages.
