About
Majestic View Ministry is a small, comfortable Christian camp
where one can spend relaxing time with family and friends whether at
a family reunion, church outing, specialized retreat, or work camp
week. It was named
Majestic View, not only for the obvious beauty of God’s creation all
around, but more importantly because of the desire that those who
come to Majestic View Ministry will get a true view of His majesty.
History
Majestic view Ministry was started with the vision to see
whole families and churches brought together in a camp setting to
build stronger relationships with each other and with the Lord Jesus
Christ. Since the
ministry is a faith based ministry and work around camp is done on a
volunteer basis, we have been blessed with families and churches
that love to serve the Lord and have raised funds and provided
man-power to build the facility.
During these weeks we not only get work done on the facility
but have friendly competition, scripture memory, time in God’s Word,
enjoyable times around the table, activities at the lake and on the
river, hiking, and other sight-seeing activities.
Since there is always work to do, we hope to continue these
camps.
