Right-click: (the toolbar - any button on it)
Select: Customize Then Click: Keyboard (tab)
On the left under Categories Scroll down -
Select: All Commands
Now in the middle of the dialog box click on "All Caps"
The bottom middle - under Current Keys:
You will see the key assignment. Ctrl+Shift+A
If you select a command that doesn't have a key assigned; you can
type one in the text box, under: Press New Shortcut Key:
If it conflicts with some other key assignment Word will tell you
under the text box.
Now the other side of this is if you would like a button for this
command; yes you can do that also.
Still in customize dialog; click on the toolbar (tab) at the top,
and you will still have all the commands showing in the middle.
With all of the commands in the middle, find the one you would like
on your Standard or formatting toolbar; they are all in alphabetical order of course.
Place your mouse pointer on the text command:
Press and drag it to the toolbar of your choice, and drop.
Now; if there is not a button for this command, Word will stop and
prompt you to pick one from the dialog box it pops up.
